DEVILLED EGGS LISA






Ingredients
12 hard boiled eggs
3 tbsp.  mustard
6 tbsp. mayonnaise/cheese
coriander leaves
2 tsp. lemon juice
1½ tsp. curry powder
¼ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper


Method
1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise and take out yolks and reserve in
bowl.
2. Mash yolks and mix in all ingredients.
3. Spoon mixture into eggs.
4. Serve 3 each for first course or can be used as an appetizer.

BREAD UPMA



Ingredients
4 slice bread
½ teaspoon Mustard seed
½ teaspoon Cumin seed
Turmeric powder
Red chilli powder
½ cup Onion
Green chillies (accordingly)
½ cup Coriander leaves
½ Tomato
1 Potato
2 tablespoon  Lime juice
Salt (accordingly)
Oil (accordingly)

Method
Take 4 slices of bread and cut them into squares, or tear them into bite-size pieces.
 Heat a tablespoon of oil in a kadhai. Add mustard seed and cumin seed. When the mustard seed starts to crackle, add a pinch of turmeric and red-chilli powder. Mix them well and add onions.
Stir well till the onions are more or less done.
Add chopped green chillies according to taste and coriander leaves. Add the tomato and boiled diced potatoes. In adding tomato, cook till the tomato softens.
Finally, add the bread pieces. Stir well till the bread is slightly toasted. Add salt to taste.
Sprinkle with some lime juice and serve hot.
